Clocks + Colours debuts its “Junkyard Dogs” eyewear line for spring-summer 2022. The brand marks the occasion with a new ad shot by photographer Kane Layland. New designs feature traditional and modern colorways. The Getaway, The Rider, The Interstate, and The Wanderer are some of the styles available.
Sid Ellisdon, Ryan Chessman, and Lou Christou star in the spring advertising for Clocks + Colors. Jay Nugent is in charge of creative direction, while Cass Baldry is in order of art direction. Kane Layland captures the season’s cast in black-and-white, showcasing Clocks + Colours’ current eyewear styles.
Clocks & Colours offers outstanding styles for the “Junkyard Dogs” collection, such as The Getaway, inspired by turn-of-the-century eyewear with its ultra-thick frames. On the other hand, The Rider is similar to a classic aviator and has round metal frames.
Two iconic frames from the 1970s inspire The Interstate. The flat top of the eyewear design is reminiscent of “Driver” frames, yet the round lenses and metal accents are reminiscent of “Explorer” frames. Meanwhile, The Wanderer evokes classic eyewear with a hexagon shape and a somewhat larger front.
