Coach heads into the new season with its spring-summer 2020 campaign, “Originals Go Their Own Way.” The brand takes to Hudson Yards’ Edge for a momentous outing. Spontaneous, real and playful to reflect the inclusive and optimistic spirit of the house and New York City, it celebrates authenticity, individuality and those who forge their own unique way in life.
On tone with the season, Coach is one of the first fashion labels to shoot at the Edge, which is the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere.
Michael B. Jordan fronts the advertisement, linking up with photographer Juergen Teller. The global brand ambassador dons leather jackets and coats, as well as sharing the spotlight with Coach’s covetable bags.

Discussing the campaign, Coach creative director Stuart Vevers shares, At the start of a new decade, I felt instinctively that it was right to celebrate the color, energy, and optimism of New York, our hometown and inspiration as a house.
Meanwhile, Jordan adds, I’m proud to be part of the new spring campaign. The story of what makes an original is very meaningful to me for many reasons, and it was a great experience working with Stuart and Juergen to tell that story in a way that feels fresh and powerful.
