For fall-winter 2025, BUGATCHI under Anthony Keegan sets its sights on “The Romantic Intellectual,” a persona forged through balance rather than bravado. The collection draws tension from contrast: hard meets soft, sharp lines with tactile depth, and clean silhouettes enhanced by plush fabrics.
Shearling sleeves and suede bombers soften assertive outerwear while maintaining a composed structure. It’s less about seasonal layers and more about psychological layering—what a man reveals and withholds through fabric.
Keegan leans into neutrals to spotlight texture. From brushed wool jackets to calf suede in bone and tobacco, the palette serves as a visual exhale. The interplay between ivory trousers and warm greys feels lifted from Paolo Roversi’s shadow-lit photography.
There’s a cinematic restraint to the styling, pared back yet deliberate, only modernized through sporty quilting and strategic zips. Even the oversized florals in shirting veer toward abstract, more intellectual than ornamental.
Leather takes the stage in the lineup, not as armor, but as poetry—black and oxblood biker jackets with shearling collars evoke both strength and sincerity. Varsity shapes hint at youth, while burgundy knits and tailored coats ground the collection in maturity. Keegan crafts a wardrobe for a man in between—someone as willing to feel as he is to think.
