Dolce & Gabbana Alta Sartoria Looks to New York for Spring ’18 Inspiration

The Fashionisto / Published April 10, 2018

The Big Apple serves as the inspiration behind Dolce & Gabbana Alta Sartoria’s spring-summer 2018 collection. Sparing no expense, the Italian label staged their show in New York itself. Taking to the Rockefeller Center, Dolce & Gabbana sent its latest designs down the catwalk to the live tunes of Liza Minnelli. The runway featured several of the brand’s favorite millennials like Austin Mahone and Brandon Thomas Lee. Dolce & Gabbana also enlisted a few old friends to rejoin its cast. Top models such as Arthur Kulkov, Enrique Palacios, and David Gandy made an appearance. Showcasing a timeless style that knows no age, Dolce & Gabbana presented its signature trappings with the energy of New York. Satin suits, sequined bombers, and embellished jackets shared a common story. Reflecting iconic scenes of the city that never sleeps, art deco, skyscrapers, and the concrete jungle made for a graphic season.
