For its fall-winter 2025 collection, Dsquared2 staged a full-throttle homage to its boldest hits, with a nightclub runway that felt part saloon, part Studio 54, and all heart.
The show celebrated the brand’s 30th anniversary with a parade of characters that have long defined its DNA—rebellious, charismatic, and never underdressed.
It was the kind of lineup that could have been cast by David LaChapelle: one moment a cowboy in fox-trimmed satin and oil-stained cargos, the next, tuxedo twins in crystal-studded lapels striding like prom kings on a midnight runway.
Every Dsquared2 ensemble nodded to a different chapter of the brand’s playbook. From the bare-chested flannel shirts and branded belt buckles that recalled their early 2000s iconography, to the glam-laced, sparkle-drenched rockstars taking the runway in towering boots and skin-baring tailoring, there was no shortage of camp bravado.
A red Dsquared2 tee cinched with chains and layered over low-slung jeans paid tribute to the brand’s mall-rat-meets-metalhead phase, while the leather uniform—hat, tie, shirt, and all—brought the Tom of Finland fantasy to life.
Dsquared2’s collection celebrated its milestone by transforming the anniversary into a high-octane fashion block party. One moment it was a shearling coat and raw denim; the next, a trench, undone shirt, and ’70s shades.
