EGONlab makes its collection debut for spring-summer 2020 with “L’Appel.” The French brand presents a unisex lineup that tackles the punk uniform for the modern age. Models Tom Bird and Josef Ptacek star in the season’s lookbook. The pair stands out in bold looks that seamlessly transition from tailored formalities to casual statements. The iconic prints of this season showcase the very concept of resistance with the toile de Jouy and zebra pattern.
EGONlab’s zebra motif offers a youthful appeal. It is formed by an accumulation of graffiti which is contentious street art, often repressed and counter-attacked.
