Gabriela Hearst’s fall 2025 collection explores contrasts—soft yet structured, earthy yet modern, timeless yet forward-looking. Drawing from archaeologist Marija Gimbutas’s “The Civilization of the Goddess” and the supportive role of men in Neolithic matriarchal societies, the season refines ideas of strength and warmth.
The collection’s palette, drawn from Hearst’s watercolor paintings, features burnt sienna, rust, antelope orange, burgundy, chocolate, and golden birch, punctuated by black, white, and denim blues in faded indigo and cobalt.
This spectrum highlights an interplay of textures—woven wool and soft cashmere contrast with the tactile richness of shearling and up-cycled mink.
The season is defined by its striking contrasts. A standout look pairs a chunky cable-knit sweater interwoven with cashmere and shearling with soft suede trousers in warm tan. Tailoring takes a contemporary turn with pinstripe cashmere flannel suits, their stripes mirrored in speckled yarn knits.
Denim steps into the spotlight, from relaxed-fit jeans in recycled cashmere corduroy to the EcoWash True Denim line made of 100% recycled cotton, offered in natural indigo and garment-dyed white.
Grounded in craftsmanship and sustainability, Gabriela Hearst’s fall 2025 collection offers contemporary menswear with effortless sophistication and timeless appeal.
