Luca Larenza takes us to southern Italy for fall-winter 2021. The designer presents his latest collection in Campania, where we are invited to the Real Belvedere di San Leucio. The UNESCO heritage site is close to Larenza’s heart as he just completed a restoration projection in collaboration with the Fine Arts headquarters. Committed to Social Responsibility, Larenza participated in the restoration of prestigious looms and works. Naturally, Larenza’s new collection is right at home with the Real Belvedere di San Leucio as its backdrop. The designer’s penchant for menswear with an artisan flair is front and center with the season’s relaxed shapes and soft tones. Domenico Petralia photographs model Vasil Dai for the occasion while Larenza looks after each piece’s careful styling. Here, elegance permeates a sleek wardrobe, focusing on highlights, such as a Maltinto velvet suit with a stained effect or soft merino wool cardigans and belted double-breasted overcoats. Meanwhile, Larenza’s suave man finds the perfect accessories in alpaca knit beanies and charming oversized scarves.
