The casting alone—featuring icons like Mark Vanderloo, Andrés Velencoso, Simon Nessman, and Jon Kortajarena—invoked a fashion lineage that stretches from ‘90s editorial dominance to modern-day runway power. In the mountain air, these seasoned faces grounded a collection that otherwise felt ready to float above the clouds.
The clothes built a new alpine vernacular, ditching the traditional confines of ski gear in favor of city-slope hybrids. Ribbed turtlenecks were tucked into technical trousers; shearling bombers sat over plaid shirting; oversized scarves trailed beneath long trench-style coats.
Everything looked engineered for motion but styled for impact. Beige, oxblood, and slate grounded the palette, while the variety of textiles—from chunky cable knits to waxed nylon—told a story of Moncler’s meticulous material research.
