Robert Geller’s Rag & Bone Spring 2025: From SoHo to Soho

The Fashionisto / Published July 12, 2024

Rag & Bone’s spring-summer 2025 collection makes a strong impression under Robert Geller’s new direction. The debut at Pitti Uomo was a teaser, but the full collection reveals a refined fusion of styles that give character to the Rag & Bone man.

Geller seamlessly marries Rag & Bone’s downtown attitude with his distinctive touch, drawing from two iconic Sohos—New York in the 1980s and London in the 1950s.

The collection, aptly named “Two Sohos,” captures the essence of these eras, blending them into a cohesive range of casual sportswear with a unique character. Geller’s influence is unmistakable, from the muted tones to the artisanal details, all designed for effortless wear.

Model Serge Rigvava is the face of the season, captured by photographer Bruno Staub. The streets of New York City’s SoHo serve as the ideal backdrop, enhancing the collection’s urban narrative.

Rag & Bone Spring/Summer 2025 Collection

The collection’s baggy denim, ribbed knitwear, and distressed sweatshirts reproduce the rebellious spirit of the 80s, while 50s-inspired shirting and utility details add a timeless appeal.

The harmony of hues and textures is a key element. Geller’s characteristically subdued color scheme, a hallmark of his design aesthetic, simultaneously provides a versatile canvas for expression.

Each look in the collection tells a story. One standout features a distressed grey denim shirt with paint splatters and relaxed blue jeans, embodying casual cool.

Another look showcases a navy bomber jacket over a simple knit and wide-legged trousers, perfect for layering in unpredictable spring weather.

The graphic paint splatter effects and workwear-inspired pieces, such as utilitarian jackets and cargo pants, deliver a season-defining fashion statement that’s striking and purposeful.

Building on this theme of effortless style, a separate look featuring a short-sleeve button-up with contrasting black and white panels conjures up 50s charm, refreshed for modern city streets.

With “Two Sohos,” Rag & Bone’s spring-summer 2025 collection, Robert Geller has skillfully joined eras, textures, and attitudes to create a new kind of effortless cool. The result is a wardrobe that’s rooted in heritage and modern in spirit, laid-back and refined—a true reflection of the urban experience.
