Ralph Lauren Revisits Nautical Motif for Spring ’19 Collection

The Fashionisto / Published June 19, 2018

Ralph Lauren Purple Label revisits nautical style once more with its spring-summer 2019 men’s collection. Veering more for the formal side, the label delivers smashing double-breasted jackets, pleated trousers, and crest adorned blazers.

Models Oli Lacey, Oliver Kumbi, and Lewis Chesson-Grieve star in the season’s lookbook. The models take to the studio in Ralph Lauren’s elegant offering.

Tackling resort life, the label looks to Saint Tropez for further inspiration. Colorful graphics reference art deco sport posters.

They also lend the collection a casual component. Hooded sweatshirts, lightweight knitwear, polo shirts, and bomber jackets contribute to the lineup’s strengths.
