Salvatore Ferragamo explores a myriad of themes with its fall-winter 2021 men’s collection entitled “Future Positive.” The Ferragamo man employs many paths, transitioning from militaria and motorcycles to athletics and scuba. “I imagined the standard contours of today’s uniforms as fossilized remnants of a long-forgotten past, freed of all associations of class, color, or creed,” shares Salvatore Ferragamo creative director Paul Andrew. Varied shapes define the season as ensembles combine fitted garments like a second skin with baggier options. Meanwhile, green is the color that pops with a monochromatic lineup that includes mohair sweaters, utility parkas, printed shirts, and hooded sweaters. Space biker boots, sock-style sneakers, and rubber nappa clogs round out the modern collection.
