Haider Ackermann

Haider Ackermann is a Colombian fashion designer. Born on March 29, 1971, Ackermann is known for his own namesake label, which showcases bohemian style. However, before launching his own label in 2001, Ackermann studied fashion design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp.

He also interned for John Galliano. Ackermann also worked for Bernhard Willhelm. Fast forward to his own label and Ackermann caught the eye of French fashion house Berluti. The label enlisted Ackermann as its newest creative director, announcing the appointment in September 2016.
