Subverting the classic image of the British school uniform, Diesel Black Gold creative director Andreas Melbostad sent a rebellious lineup down the catwalk. Focusing on Diesel’s core strength in denim, the essential was distressed and ripped for a youthful appeal. Borrowing strong tailoring from smart jackets, biker jackets were impeccable and some taken over the edge with show-stopping studs. Combined with tweeds, plaids and varsity-inspired separates, Diesel Black Gold served up a fun, spirited outing.
