Dior Homme Spring/Summer 2016 Campaign
Revealing the stars of its spring-summer 2016 advertising campaign, Dior Homme introduces us to artist Rinus Van de Velde, actor Alain Fabien Delon, model Victor Nylander and The xx singer Oliver Sim. The special outing reunites Dior Homme creative director Kris Van Assche with longtime collaborators photographer Willy Vanderperre and stylist Olive Rizzo. Discussing their goals for spring, Van Assche shares, “In this season’s campaign, the Dior man metamorphoses into Dior men; charismatic and distinctly individual.”

Van Assche continues, “They playfully subvert the rules of masculine dress while at the same time upholding its traditions. Occupying a contemporary, creative world, each character embraces qualities they are known for in their actual lives. These are the men we feel embody something of the spirit of Dior Homme today.”
Vanderperre adds, “We wanted men that embodied different Dior Homme identities that make up a Dior Homme world. Each young man is respected for who he is as a person and in what they do. All of them have talents you would want to possess.”
The talented photographer continues, “Kris and I both have this personal response to each of them. At the same time, there is an easiness and elegance to all of them. They are very confident young men. We wanted other people to be invited into their worlds too.”
