Dsquared2 CiviliansDsquared2 heads to the 1940’s with their latest collection, selecting an all-black cast. Mixing tailored civilian pieces with militaristic ensembles, the season’s theme was clear. Executed with their signature camp, the offering was light and fun, but sophisticated. Double-breasted blazers were dressed in plaid and paired with tapered trousers. Meanwhile, relaxed distressed denim shifted the mood with the ability to take the collection casual or formal. From tweed and windowpane prints to embroidery, the dapper man of the 40’s made the transition to evening with stunning black looks featuring a semi-relaxed flair for a sharp finish.
