Red’s Allen Roth is a displaced free-loving, long-haired flower child of the seventies. Styled by John Tan and photographed by Bell Soto, Allen is perfect for the acid-induced editorial. Tan alludes to a decade past with simple pieces by the likes of American Apparel and Levi’s. It also does not hurt to have the occasional piece from glam obsessed Thomas Engel Hart. 1. “Little Joe” and the styling could also be a reference to Warhol male superstar Joe Dallesandro.
He had a song about him by the same name which said something alongthe lines of “little joe never gave it away everyone had to pay pay pay”
    😛
    Either way, a beautiful editorial.
