Emporio Armani Fall/Winter 2014–Mineral hues informed the latest collection from Emporio Armani as the idea of a glowing world was translated for a wardrobe of stone gray, blue and purple. Soft prints and scale-like textures dressed shirts and knitwear. Slender-cut trousers were paired with short blazers and asymmetrical jackets. Reinforcing a forward movement, coats were cut at the knees. Drawing the collection back to mineral focus, gradients mirrored the effects of erosion while luxe fabrications had a natural element to them.
