State of Nature: Etro Brings the Drama with Fall Film

Walt Whitman’s Song of Myself serves as the moving background to Etro’s fall-winter 2016 film and collection, entitled State of Nature. The Italian label took an understated approach to the season, combining elements of past and present.

Quiet but confident, highlights of the outing include tweed coats and sweaters with tattered hems. Taking to the forest for a cinematic look at the collection, models Reuben Ramacher, Marcel Casteniller and Mats Van Snippenberg are joined by creative director Kean Etro’s son Gerolamo. Chopping wood and taking in autumn’s sights, the lot is a handsome vision in Etro’s fall fashions.
