His lineage adds depth—being the son of actors Patrick Wilson and Dagmara Dominczyk. Now a college freshman studying cinema and philosophy, Kal balances academics with his varied passions for travel, music, film, and sports.
Discussing his short with Kal, Bell Soto shares, “The film is inspired by the idea of everyone’s constant evolution. The metaphor of leaving a safe, pristine place for a new, unknown one is universal.” Soto adds, “As humans, we are constantly evolving and learning, hopefully carrying our experiences with us while also leaving a trace on others.”
A subtle play of light and shadow accentuates Kal’s tousled hair and expressive gaze. The 18-year-old, born and raised in New York City, embodies a magnetic presence reminiscent of classic muses but with a contemporary edge.
He has already ventured into acting, appearing in “Insidious: The Red Door,” showcasing an early flair for performing. Signing with DT Model Management represents a move into the fashion industry and fits his goal of working with brands like Fear of God, Palace, Saint Laurent, and Dior.
