Approaching fall with great fervor, Komakino sends their man into the trenches with an overall appearance that possesses both a raw and more finished look than last season. Balancing grounded garments with a rebellious deconstruction of the norm, a domineering black dresses the range. While asymmetrical cuts bring the drama, added sleeve volume highlights the subtle shift in modern shirting. Meanwhile, leather straps and inserts provide the perfect opportunity to create a signature look for the season, while also showcasing the strength of the Komakino man.

  1. Gareth Pugh, Rick Owen,Nicolas Andreas Taralis… There really is a goth revival among young designers this season. As I was saying elsewhere: it is good to see that the more experienced designers still very much know how to use colour (cue: Balenciaga, Balmain, Dior…). Otherwise, the next winter would promise to be very bleak!

  3. Asymmetrical, black and slightly confusing to look at. Melbourne hipsters are going to love this.
