Grand Debut–Models Anatol Modzelewski, Florian Neuville, Nate Hill, Eli Hall, Daisuke Ueda and Evan Leff get in touch with their dramatic sides, photographed by Therese + Joel for the debut issue of Tabula Rasa. Shot in Long Island, the black & white story takes on many inspirations, citing 1920s Berlin cabarets, Rainer Werner Fassbinder’s films, as well as Meisel’s early 90s work. Collaborating with stylists Louise Borchers and Joshua Liebman, Therese + Joel capture quite the outing with models finding a decadent attitude in a black wardrobe. / Hair by Tomo Tamura. Makeup by Claudia Lake.
