I followed your notice this morning (UK time) to the new Damir collection on the Forward site. Proceeded to purchase the shorts at $265, had my card declined numerous times claiming false details. I then had my banks fraud prevention department calling me to see if there was an issue, had to check if I had been incorrectly billed too. Received no response to my emails from them, have recently just managed to speak to one of their ‘online agents’. Apparently my address didn’t match the card? bollox. They’ve since increased all the Damir prices on the site, what’s betting my card would be accepted now? Don’t go near them, they’re a standard American commercial waste of shit!

I’ve actually had positive experiences with them numerous times. It is disappointing that they changed the prices, but it is well within their rights. Do they even ship internationally? Maybe that is why you were declined initially.

I’ve tried again today & the site is still not accepting my card. Nothing wrong with the card, or my details! It really is the most amateur billing system I’ve seen on a site in some time. There isn’t even a drop down menu to select your country, it just asks you to randomly type it in. It ten says if you continue to have problems, call or email us.
