Unveiled during London Collections: Men, Gieves & Hawkes creative director Jason Basmajian presented a smart fall-winter 2015 outing that married the brand’s Savile Row heritage with a contemporary affection for polished men’s style. Bringing together burgundy, navy and charcoal, a somber take on fall provided choice moments for structured outerwear, essential cable-knit sweaters, lean, pleated trousers and sharp suiting. One of the season’s stars, outerwear was well represented with a variety of styles, ranging from dufflecoats and leather jackets to double-breasted coats, rounding out the strong showing.
