Giorgio Armani on Brand Consolidation
Giorgio Armani continues, “There was too much confusion with so many collections,” said the designer. “Times have changed and we have to evolve.” Armani is not the only major label to consolidate its various lines. Most notable in the past, Dolce & Gabbana closed its D&G label, while Marc Jacobs shuttered Marc by Marc Jacobs.
