Label WorshipGivenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci turns a spiritual leaf for his latest outing. Giving his standard wears a little shakeup, Tisci executed a collection with a soft edge. Looking at lengthened silhouettes and more subtle colors such as pale pink, it was a peaceful awakening of the fashion conscious. Among a sporty offering of baseball jackets, graphic tees and sweatshirts, tailoring played a significant role as light tunics stood in contrast to sharp blazers with flat seams. From organza to satin, interesting fabric choices painted Givenchy’s streetwear fetish in a new light with aspirational pieces creating an almost minimalist calm.
