Taking New York CityHugo Boss increases their real estate empire in the retail industry, opening a new flagship store at The Shops at Columbus Circle in New York City on September 24th, 2013. The newly remodeled retail space will be the largest store in America, boasting 15,000 square feet spread among three floors. In addition, Hugo Boss collaborated with video artist Marco Brambilla for a site specific project to recognize the store opening which will be installed in the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle. Entitled, “Anthropocene,” the video project is an exploration of the geography and demographics of Central Park and Columbus Circle, focusing upon the relationship between organic and technological, natural and man-made.
