A Desert VentureIl Sistema Degli Oggetti looks to varied muses that include Michelangelo Antonioni, Bret Easton Ellis, Alejandro Jodorwsky and Miguel Calderón for a journey to the American desert for their fall 2011 collection. Approaching menswear staples like the parka and blazer as historical artifacts, the label looks to juxtapose the past with modern elements. From leather inserts and layered proportions to special cuts designated for survival, a desert-hued collection comes full circle with the fusion of practicality and a vision for reform. / Lookbook features Samuele Visentin photographed by Jacopo J Moschin with styling by Ivan Bontchev.
