J.W. Anderson Spring/Summer 2015–To say designer J.W. Anderson’s design aesthetic for men is feminine in nature would be an understatement. Drawn to soft fluid silhouettes and often womenswear elements, the designer’s looks often border as too much, but for spring/summer 2015, Anderson manages to find a balance between practicality and experimenting. Here, boxy knits with cropped sleeves are a canvas to vintage art and serve as a backdrop to a chic androgynous vision that includes sophisticated blouses, dressed in pinstripes and diagonal stripes. Meanwhile, unstructured blazers are contrasted with off the sleeve tops and demure cardigans that round out another adventurous outing from Anderson.
