Mixing Inspirations–Photographer Charlotte Wales and stylist Adrian Manuel join creative forces to shoot Jack Henry New York’s fall/winter 2013 lookbook. For next winter, the brand designed a collection inspired by two different aesthetics: the traditional preppy sense of style and the underground subculture, and the final result is a selection of pieces with a strong personality, available in a timeless palette of colors, like brown, black, navy blue, forest green, illuminated by dusty greys and optical white. Clean lines, precise volumes and proportions, and beautiful shapes, define a collection focused on a fashionable functionality of the garments, both for day and night. A simple layering of the pieces provides a feeling of urban simplicity, even for the more refined numbers, like the two-piece black suit, matched with a slim cotton shirt, worn under a preppy-inspired jumper.
