The Young Edge–Photographed by Remi Lamande with styling by Niklas Bildstein Zaar, Jakub Nowocien (The Right Stuff Management) steps out for the spring/summer 2013 collection of Komakino. Merging skate references with militaristic aspirations, a youthful uniform is born with all the trappings of a covetable collection. Trenches are straight and tailored while t-shirts are sewn into other pieces. Meanwhile hooded sweatshirts add a cool novelty. Smart layers contribute to a certain accessibility with both loose and fitted shorts, lengthened tops, cropped jackets and several other pieces. Infusing the lineup with a unique feature, Komakino collaborates with Berlin artist Matteo Giordano, producing vivid prints for the modern season ahead. / Grooming by Karin Westerlund.
