Cultural Explosion–Jerome Rebeiro (Models 1) lands in the hot seat for Agi&Sam’s spring 2012 lookbook. Photographed by Luke Stephenson, Jerome is styled by Rose Forde and brought into the colorful label’s world, head to toe. For a collection entitled Tabasco, Tequila and Tomato Juice, Agi&Sam look to Central America to color their travels. From El dios del Muertos and the story of farmers to immigrants and gangsters, the brand finds themselves with an overwhelming amount of sensory details to lend their spring collection an exciting edge. From bright colors and vivid prints to structure found in the work of Mexican architect Luis Barragan, the CMYK model takes Agi&Sam down a decisive path. Rounding out another festive outing, Agi&Sam find new footing with collaborations. Partnering with New York-based company, Osborn, hand-made oxfords and slip-ons are dressed in the label’s fun prints and cobbled in Guatemala.
