Harington for GQ–Covering the third edition of GQ’s Style Bible, Game of Thrones actor Kit Harington wears a leather biker’s jacket from Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane. Posing for new images by Paola Kudacki, Harington connected with GQ to dish on the fourth season of Game of Thrones and playing Jon Snow on the hit HBO series. Thinking about why the show is a success, Harington says “I think people like Game of Thrones because people respond to not being treated like idiots. It’s a really complex story, and it’s very hard to follow, and people love working that puzzle out. And essentially why I think people like it is it’s a rollicking good story with sex and violence.”
On the subject of nudity, he explains “It’s only right, if you’re going to make a show where nudity and sex is a large part of it, that you be a part of that.” Talking about getting ripped for his shirtless scenes in his recent movie Pompeii, Harington confessed “That was fucking a lot of work.
