The first story in an ongoing series, revolving around Los Angeles-based labels, Richard Pier Petit photographs Michael Catarama (Ford/Specimen/Photogenics) in pieces from the spring 2011 collection of Endovanera. Featuring the styling of Eugene Ong with grooming by Dale Johnson, Endovanera’s penchant for the darker moods of fashion gets a cheeky and infectious revamp in Clowning by Numbers.

  1. Beautiful pictures. I only hope all parties involved were paid for this. If Richard is shooting “ongoing” look books for designers, I would hope he isn’t undermining other talented artists by doing it free. Lookbooks typically paying a thousand per individual involved and all. 🙂
