High Profile–After delivering a brilliant fashion show in Paris last July, French fashion house Lanvin delights us with a selection of looks that combine a strong sportswear inspiration with futuristic fabrics and an edgy aesthetic. For spring/summer 2013, the brand will launch in fact some of the key-looks of its latest collection, revisited for the occasion with hi-tech and futuristic techniques that made possible to work nylon in a fine way, making it transparent. Jackets, shirts and parkas have been designed with this new kind of nylon, which is often embellished with luxury snake skins, that add a strong appeal to every single garment. To complete the looks, fashion designers Alber Elbaz and Lucas Ossendrijver designed exclusive ties that blend classicism with modernity, thank to the use of luxury silk and fine snake skins.
