Model Ben Allen for Louis Vuitton Resort 2016

Louis Vuitton introduces a prelude to its spring-summer 2016 menswear collection with a resort outing fronted by models Ben Allen and David Trulik. Menswear designer Kim Jones continues his narrative of the traveller, marrying Louis Vuitton’s heritage in quality craftsmanship with contemporary sportswear.

Capturing the sentiment of exploring the world, Jones incorporates a graphic print into the collection with various flags that reference the LV logo and the French flag. The playful print is joined by a digital Ikat pattern, adding a tie-dye element to the collection. Accented by stripes and bi-color treatments, the range unfolds with a smart selection of short-sleeve shirts, tapered trousers, tailored suiting, logo dressed sweaters and other timely staples.
