This rich heritage is distilled into a scent that evokes the rugged beauty of the Scottish Highlands and the warmth of a fireside gathering.
Perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur has crafted a distinctive fragrance with Old Fashioned, capturing the essence of a fine single malt. The scent begins with subtle, earthy sweetness from wheat and davana top notes, evoking the malty undertones of a well-aged spirit.
As Old Fashioned evolves, smoky cedar and herbaceous immortelle middle notes add depth, recalling the complex nuances of oak barrel aging.
Finally, rich tolu balsam and styrax base notes emerge, bringing a velvety smoothness and a hint of sweet, spicy warmth, much like the whiskey’s long, satisfying finish.
