The most recent collection from Maison Martin Margiela is based around a floral motif. Keeping it simple in white, the collection uses the motif sparingly, instead focusing more on the cut of suiting basics like the jacket and waistcoat. However, that does not mean that the knits cease to impress. Chunky knits scaled down for spring appropriateness are one of the collection’ finest attributes. Otherwise, the collection’s suiting continues in the same sleek vein as previous seasons–improving, if that is possible, on an impeccable smart cut.
