Marni Rebellion-Mixing classicism and rebellion, extreme elements of the 1970’s influence Marni’s fall/winter 2013 collection, culminating in the subversive squared off against convention. Embracing a dark set of colors and reinventing the Marni formula with a keen eye for detail, the brand’s boyish silhouettes are reinterpreted for the young rebel. The duffel coat is refurnished in leather and the parka completed with a pony hair back. Meanwhile, relaxed fits find a voice in the collection with autumnal hues dressing slightly oversized pants. Accented with a touch of camouflage and finished with the squeaky clean two-button suit, Marni’s fall/winter 2013 collection is the quintessential mix of naughty and nice for a terrific outing.
