Doesn’t ANYONE know how to take a picture anymore? Must EVERYONE look like a vampire or a zombie??? Why is it that the innate beauty of a man can not be shown IN FOCUS and in LIVING COLOR??? I just don’t understand it. There is nothing artistic in these photos. You can not supersede natural beauty with faux art that washes it out and blurs the image. Real beauty lives in real life. This is really nothing but a homophobic fad.
I’m going to read the comment below mine but disregard it. I LOVE THIS SPREAD! Max is an insanely great model. His sense of self is transcends the “faux art” as some may say. Secondly, art is of a perspective, subjective analogy. We make of it what we want to. I see something beautiful and zombie-esque breath taking. I want to see this boy blow up and I would love to see more work done by this photographer, Rakeem.
