Standing at 6′ 2″ as one of the industry’s few coveted long-haired models, Marcel Castenmiller is yet another prized Canadian import. Growing up in a town called Port Moody in the Province of British Columbia, it was a two-month road trip with photographer Ryan McGinley that brought the former art student a step closer to signing with New York modeling agency DNA in 2008. Shortly after, Marcel was getting his feet wet with a Theory campaign and from there, the rest is history. From Kenzo’s leading star for two seasons and his regular presence on the runway to a strong portfolio of beautiful editorials, Marcel delivers as a well-rounded model.
