The spring 2024 collection from Mr P., exclusively at Mr Porter, reimagines the classic elements of Ivy League style with a focus on responsible materials and modernized designs, aligning with the eco-conscious values of today’s consumer.
Models Saul Symon and Ben Job, photographed by Daniel Benson and styled by Charlie Schneider-Jacobson, present a lineup that blends the timeless with the contemporary.
Mr P. Spring 2024 Collection
Inspired by the storied halls of academia and the artwork of Alice Neel, the collection favors a muted color palette, serving as a canvas for the detailed craft of relaxed tailoring and refreshed silhouettes.
Meanwhile, knit polos and cardigans, pivotal pieces of the collection, are a nod to Take Ivy, the iconic 1965 book that captured the effortless elegance of Ivy League students. The deliberate layering and juxtaposition of fabrics signify a cultivated aesthetic that balances “dressed-down tailoring and dressed-up sportswear.”
Olie Arnold, the Style Director at Mr Porter, discusses the ethos of the collection: “Mr P. prides itself on being able to offer quality pieces that empower our customers to explore their own style with confidence, and the spring collection is no different.”
Arnold continues, “With some great transitional items, Mr P.’s sustainability journey is ever evolving. It’s hugely important to us that our collections make our customers look and feel good, and we know this starts at the beginning of a garment’s life—no one should have to compromise on style to dress responsibly.”
The collection’s footwear—Derby shoes, loafers, and suede-mix sneakers—round out the season, each crafted to anchor the ensembles with a definitive stance on quality and versatility.
