Fall 2009 marks Nice Collective’s first time gracing the New York runways. The show was a finely orchestrated muddle of intimidating outcasts strutting down the runway in various forms of undress. The fall collection, based on H.G. Wells’ “The Time Machine,” displayed broken-down long john inspired pieces presented as daywear. The overall dusty, disheveled look of the show invoked a poverty-stricken outsider. However, the inclusion of provocative leather pieces and well-tailored suiting and outerwear added a peculiar sense of confidence. Overall, this collection exhibits a certain unexpectedness that will make for an exciting fall.

  1. Wow… I’ve always been a big fan and it’s great to see that Nice Collective still has so much passion for what they do. Refreshingly unique, as usual, and I love the tonal color palette. These guys are true creative geniuses in every respect… keep up the great work!
