America’s Next Top Model Winner, Nyle DiMarco, snags a Nylon photo shoot, connecting with photographer Mark “The Cobrasnake” Hunter. The 26-year-old model embraces a mix of swimwear and sportswear for the cheeky shoot.
Talking to the magazine about what inspired him to model, Nyle explains, “My friends and photographers encouraged me to get into modeling when I was 18. I was in college at the time and I was focused on getting a degree. After college I was encouraged again, so I decided to give it a shot!”
Discussing the obstacles of being deaf in the fashion industry, Nyle shares, “I think being deaf is an obstacle I’ve overcome. I’m now in the industry and there are many photographers and agents realizing that deaf people can [do what others can].” Read more on Nylon.com.
