Veering off the course of an apocalypse, Odyn Vovk’s recent spring showing revealed a collection put together with thoughts of haste and the idea of a musician who puts his work together piece by piece. At the end, different creative paths have to merge into one consistent vision. Refining a short history of well-received pieces, Odyn Vovk designer Austin Sherbanenko constructed a collection of elongated layers that mirror a meeting of dreams and reality. Aptly titled Five, Odyn Vovk’s fifth collection reigns in Sherbanenko’s deconstructed aesthetic for a strong spring showing. / Photos by Scott B. White & Daniel Johnson
