When it comes to fashion trends, it looks like 1970s style will be enjoying another season in the limelight. Citing English drummer Ginger Baker as the inspiration for his fall-winter 2016 collection, designer Oliver Spencer put on quite the charming show. Spencer’s runway included an autumnal parade of rich brown hues and smart patterns.

Known for his careful balance of style and function, Spencer excelled with a modern rift on 70s fashions. Embracing stripes and plaids for the season at heart, the collection unveiled a lineup of straight-cut trousers, simple bomber jackets, tasteful wraps, mandarin collar jackets, mock turtlenecks and tailored sportsjackets.
