Marc Jacobs and Kate Moss join Justin Timberlake for an extremely awkward shot in the May issue of American Vogue. The three are receiving press for the upcoming Costume Institute Gala. Examining the relationship between high fashion and ideas of beauty as represented by iconic fashion models of recent eras, the Gala’s theme this year is “The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion.” Jacobs will serve as the Honorary Chair, while Moss is co-chairing with Vogue editor Anna Wintour. So, how does Timberlake factor in? He will be co-hosting alongside Jacobs. Hmmm…really?
