The Opening Ceremony approach to fashion is simple and uncomplicated, yet each season, the label manages to impress beyond expectation. Designing with a keen eye for detail and proportions, basics fit in perfectly aside trendier pieces like this season’s cable knit leggings. For instance, the collection takes a basic gray coat and outfits it with luxe by making it of mohair. Clunky shoes are joined by the label’s signature desert boots in a sublte plaid print. Soft quilting spices up an otherwise basic shirt, while vivacious printed sweaters are accompanied by an envelope pushing slit cut knit. Hardly surprising, this collection marks another success for the label who effortlessly redefines tradition.

  1. The tailoring is so classic, I love that they just played with the fabrications and softened the silhouette with leggings. The touches of colour in block and prints make each piece unique. So chic.
