Vittorio Missoni’s eldest son, Ottavio poses for images by creative team VanMossevelde+N, wearing pieces from the family owned fashion house’s fall-winter 2014 collection. Granting an interview, Ottavio shares with Mr Porter, “Missoni is known as a family business. We’re all involved, even if only in ambassadorial roles.”
Ottavio, who works as a US sales director, continues, “We advise our elders, too. We’d never tell them what to do, you understand – but they appreciate having us around because we have an intuitive understanding of the market.” Talking about online shopping, he explains, “Men, especially younger guys, love to buy online.
