Hey Just Wondering, Its actually not skirt over the pants. Cathy Horyn explained it over her article. How Raf did it, i don't know but he's sure a genius!

All the clothes are simply gorgeous.I feel as if a 36" waist may not have a home here,but so modern and special.

Raf makes them look like leg coats, armouring the hip to knee area. It looks pretty good in the shows as he keeps them masculinish.
